The South African men's wheelchair tennis team, comprising of Alwande Sikhosana, Leon Els, and Mpho Mhlongo, has secured an impressive 2-1 win against Morocco on Wednesday at the BNP Paribas World Team Cup in Portugal. The team is now preparing for a showdown with Spain to secure a spot in the semifinals.

The South African team put on a fantastic performance in their match against Morocco, with each player showing impressive skill and determination. They were able to secure a decisive victory, putting them one step closer to the coveted semifinals.

In other news, the South African quad wheelchair tennis team, consisting of Donald Ramphadi, Lucas Sithole, and Danny Mohlamonyane, missed out on a semifinal spot after a hard-fought battle against the United States. Despite giving their all, the 2022 World Group finalists lost 2-0 in their last round-robin tie in Group A, meaning they will now compete for the 5th/6th playoffs.
