Tennis South Africa is aware of a number of facebook posts, by Tennis Lab SA, raising concerns about inequalities within our sport.
Our CEO has extended an invitation to Tennis Lab SA to meet to discuss and debate these posts. This invitation has been declined.
We are disappointed that this invitation has not been taken up.
TSA is committed to addressing issues of inequality in tennis, through the existing structures within our Federation. This process is an ongoing journey and we aim to ensure it will be handled with a high level of care, consideration, and respect.
Legitimate concerns raised by members of our tennis community are important and we must deal with them efficiently and appropriately, whilst learning from them for the betterment of our sport.
We are continually reviewing our structures, as well as our communication channels and our processes for addressing complaints - to ensure they best serve all within tennis.
