Lloyd Harris has lost in qualifying at the Miami Open - an ATP Masters event.
The young South African star, seeded 9th, went down 6-7(5), 6-7(2) to Thiago Monteiro, in a match that came down to the narrowest of margins.
Lloyd's Brazilian opponent is currently ranked 117 in the ATP singles rankings and reached a career high of 74 in 2017.
