Friday was a day of mixed fortunes for Lloyd Harris - at the Challenger event in Anning, China - as he exited the singles at the quarter-final stage, but won through to the final of the doubles.

First to the singles and Lloyd lost in straight sets 6-2, 6-4 to Kamil Majchrzak of Poland.

There was much better news in the doubles, as Lloyd and partner, Aliaksandr Bury, fought back from a set down to upset the 3rd seeds, Reid and Whittington, 3-6, 6-3, 10-8, to advance to the final.
