Chanel and Helene beat Santamaria and Lister in a nail-biting match (6-3, 2-6 and 10-8).
The duo advanced to the final after beating tournament 4th seeds, Husarić and Laine, 7-6, 6-2, in Friday afternoon's semi-final.
